Who handles your information

Findora is operated by David Thomas Kent in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email dthomaskent49@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

When you submit an order request, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, delivery address, selected products, sizes and notes. We use these details to review availability, prepare a quote, communicate with you and, after you accept an order, arrange delivery. Do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information in notes.

Storage and service providers

Online requests are saved in the store database for the owner to review. The site uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare hosting and storage services. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the service. A daily IP-derived hash is recorded with online requests to limit repeated submissions. Your browser stores your bag and saved picks locally; clearing browser site data removes them.

Downloaded HTML copies keep the bag on your device. They do not send an order automatically: information in an exported request reaches Findora only when you send it. Email providers process messages you choose to send.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell your contact information or use order details for advertising without separate consent. For accepted orders, only necessary delivery and product details are shared with suppliers or carriers. Suppliers and service providers may process information outside Canada. We may disclose information where legally required.

Retention, choices and safeguards

We keep request and order records only while needed for handling the request, customer service, accounting or legal obligations. Contact the owner to ask what is held, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for future optional use. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Withdrawal may prevent us from fulfilling your request.

Online requests use HTTPS and owner access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. The store currently adds no advertising or analytics tracking scripts. When PayPal checkout is enabled and you choose it, your order total, product selections and delivery details are sent to PayPal to process payment. PayPal handles payment credentials under its own privacy policy; Findora stores transaction references and payment status. A necessary checkout-session cookie protects payment confirmation. Hosting and sign-in services may use their own necessary cookies. Purchases and requests must be made by adults; for kids clothing, provide sizing information rather than a child's identity.
