Delivery is quoted before payment

Findora currently collects order requests and does not offer a paid checkout. Shipping costs and delivery dates are not yet fixed across the catalogue. Your quote will identify the available destination, dispatch origin, handling time, delivery range, shipping charge, tracking availability and any known customs or import charges before you decide to pay.

Supplier fulfilment

Products may ship from third-party suppliers, including suppliers outside Canada. Local inventory or local dispatch is not promised. Single-item supply and direct delivery must be confirmed for the selected variant. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments; any additional charges will be disclosed before acceptance.

Delivery issues

Provide a complete delivery address. If an accepted shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact dthomaskent49@gmail.com with the order reference. Findora will review the issue and communicate available remedies. Do not send payment until the written delivery terms and total have been confirmed.
